THE STORY
When our CEO’s mom overcame breast cancer, we knew we wanted to give back — but we wanted to do it in a way that felt true to Blenders. Many nonprofits in the space felt too big, too somber, or just didn’t fit our vibrant, active brand identity.
Then we found Keep A Breast. Founded by Shaney Jo Darden, the organization blends art, education, and prevention in a way that feels real and uplifting — not just another pink ribbon campaign. As a leader from the skate and design world, Shaney Jo brings the same energy to breast cancer awareness that we bring to eyewear: bold, positive, and action-oriented.
